charmed by the grand ambiance

the staff greeted me by name, a charming touch. the king suite upgrade for my anniversary was very welcome. the welcome package was a lovely surprise and set a great tone for my stay.
the heater kept breaking during my january stay, quite inconvenient. the carpet also had some noticeable stains. it detracted a bit from the overall experience.

The breakfast buffet featured scottish options with a nice array of juices. the restaurant offered attentive service and a good pianist. i enjoyed the steak dinner. It was cooked to perfection.

the location provided convenient access to nearby attractions. the spacious elegant rooms contribute to a grand feeling. taxis are easily accessible, and there are many shops within easy reach.
